The processing of these payment details is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

- Technical Details: Location coordinates, Google Place ID

- Media: Business images, metadata

- Contact Information: Email, phone number, website URL

- Payment Details: Stripe account ID, payment account status

When you contact our support team, submit feedback, or communicate through other channels, we collect information provided during these interactions. The platform does not provide direct communication between Customers and Business Partners. All inquiries go through TimeToBook support.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Core Service Functionality

3.2 Communication

- Service-related notifications

3.3 Payment Processing

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to their own Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

3.4 No Profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling as defined in Article 22 of the GDPR. Your personal data is not used for automated profiling or decisions that could produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

- Business Partners receive Buyer booking information (name, contact details)

In the event of data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example, when using our partners’ services (e.g., Stripe), we apply Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate data protection mechanisms to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Before deletion, you must:

- complete or cancel any active bookings

- close any associated business profiles (if applicable)

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. For complex requests, this period may be extended to 60 days, and you will be notified accordingly.
